One of the little headaches of a beach day in Benidorm is where to leave the car, especially in summer. If you're spending the day paddling, here's a practical guide so parking doesn't eat into your sea time. And remember: since we deliver the gear to the point we agree on, all you have to worry about is parking yourself.

Free park-and-ride zones

Benidorm has thousands of free parking spaces in park-and-ride areas near the two big beaches (Levante and Poniente). They're the most economical option: leave the car and a few minutes' walk later you're on the sand. There are several thousand spaces between the two areas, though in the middle of August it's worth arriving early to find a spot.

If you prefer convenience and arriving later, there are several underground paid car parks around the centre and along the promenades. They cost more, but they guarantee a space and shade for the car during the hottest hours.

Practical tips

  • Arrive early: in high season, free zones fill up from mid-morning.
  • Cala de Finestrat and Villajoyosa usually have easier parking than central Benidorm. If you're after peace and quiet, start your route there.
  • Don't leave valuables on view in the car.
  • Note or photograph where you parked: Benidorm's promenades are long and everything looks the same on the way back.

The best part: we come to you

The big advantage of our system is that you don't have to carry the kayak or find a specific rental spot. You park wherever suits you within the agreed zone, and we arrive with the gear, paddles, life jackets and pump at that point. Less logistics, more sea.

Already know where you'll paddle? Book your kayak or paddle board and choose your delivery zone. Not sure where to start, take a look at Cala de Finestrat, convenient and with its own car park.
